  • Turbo Really Needed Here

The obvious next step for the H2 is to add a turbocharger to this woefully under-powered motorcycle. GM took this step with the 8V-92 diesel engine years ago, adding twin turbos to the big super-charged diesel V8. I drove one for work years ago and it had very impressive acceleration. Those who whine that this would blow the pistons out the bottom of the engine or blow the cylinder head off the top of it are ghey wimps. (Not that there's anything wrong with that)

Hah! Just trying to alleviate our mid-winter boredom....

Hey G, Volvo has been making a really nice turbosupercharged 2.0 inline 4 for a couple of years now:

Those old Detroits sounded like they were spinning a million miles an hour, just above idle. I know a guy that has a 12V92.
          KN, this ride's for You.

That really is impressive: 350HP from 2.3 liters. I remember my 1990 Eagle Talon Tsi made 200 HP from 2.0 liters, and I thought that was amazing.

How To Cheat on Personality Tests
              1. When asked for word associations or comments about the world, give the most conventional, run-of-the-mill, pedestrian answer possible.

              2. To settle on the most beneficial answer to any question, repeat to yourself:
              (a) I loved my father and my mother, but my father a little bit more.
              (b) I like things pretty well the way they are.
              (c) I never worry much about anything.
              (d) I don't care for books or music much.
              (e) I love my wife and children.
              (f) I don't let them get in the way of company work.
