Welcome to Spain! Be sure to get your picks for Race 1 in tonite. FP1 and FP2 left the field again looking at Bautista clearing off into the distance... but Lowes has been quicker than Rea in both sessions. Will a new order emerge?

For this weekend I guess the theme is if it ain't broke, don't fix it.

                  Aragon

                  1.) Bautista
                  2.) Rae
                  3.) Lowes

                        Sprint Race

                        1. Alvaro
                        2. Lowes
                        3. Rea

                        Race 2
                        1. Alvaro
                        2. Davies
                        3. Rea

                        WSS
                        Cluzel

Race 1 was very entertaining and it was good to see Davies and Laverty back fighting for a podium spot. Alvaro was again very dominant. The WSBK riders have got to be having an inferiority complex. While the Duc is the best bike so far, Alvaro is beating the crap outta of the field. A rider that was the 5-10 best rider in MotoGP is whipping the best WSBK riders. Gotta be pretty demoralizing for Rea and company,

Yes- good to see Davies back up there banging with Rea. I am not so sure though that Bautista's dominance will continue if they cut the Duc's rev limit back to be on par with the others. The Ducati's are now allowed a 16,350 RPM limit, whereas the Kawi, Yamaha and BMW are all stuck at around 14,500 to 14,700. Assuming equal torque production, that is a more than 10% power spread. (what that would do to Chaz etc. may be grim)

                          Sprint Race
                          Bautista
                          Rea
                          Davies

                          Race 2
                          Bautista
                          Davies
                          Rea

Another great set of SBK races... for second place. Meanwhile, the Super Sport race was a four way dogfight and was won in the last two corners- excellent!
Sped was the League's big winner today. I will post up-dated scoring later.
