Can't believe how many people hand over all their personal information to FB and think nothing of it.

To be fair, FB now provide you with a lot of information about your account and how to protect your privacy. Just search for "Facebook privacy" to find more info."You don't get slower with age, you just get more cautious." Michael Rutter

No FB here either. I do some twitter stuff, only because I use it to follow music and motorcycle stuff.
I'm on there incognito too. As far as Big-O and his now iphone ownership, I'm so proud he did that, ha.

I'm a mere 49 yeas old.
Just a child.I have neither the time,or the inclination, to explain myself to a man, who rises and sleep under the blanket of the very freedom that I provide, and then questions the manner, in which I provide it. I'd rather you just say 'thank you' and go on your way.

50? I remember that day. I thought then, "well it goes downhill from here"
Well, old as you feel they say....(whomever they are) Now 60.....that's
when you'll say, WTF? Where did time go?"If it ain't broke, don't fix it...

High blood pressure, high cholesterol, pre diabetes, sleep apnea, etc.....
I'm on minimal doses of meds for the BP and Cholesterol.
I attempt to watch what i eat and actually do a pretty good job. Most of the issues are due to heredity. Can't fix that.
Although I guess I'm in better shape than some other 50 years olds out there
Hopefully I'll make it another four years (or at least maintain the levels I'm at) and when I retire I can improve my lifestyle into a healthier one.

As Big O said, not much you can do about hereditary factors. I just cannot get my BP down without meds; about the only dice left to roll is stop drinking and I don't expect that to work either."You don't get slower with age, you just get more cautious." Michael Rutter

Just thought I would throw in my 2c worth.
