  • Throttlemeisters anyone get them yet??

    Greetings:

I have had Throttlemeisters on order for months. Two Saturdays ago Scott in an email indicated that they were finally in and mine would be sent out that day. Never happened. Two emails and a PM and no response. Has anyone here received their Throtltlemeisters.

I just got my TMs two weeks ago:

I live in (actually, near Milwaukee) and was buzzing by TM and popped in and bought them. In addition to cutting off the red pinstripe and adding a black pinstripe (better looking with my '03 Zed) he gave me a stack of business cards:

        Fax: 414.464.9423

        Throttlemeister
        Marker Machine, Inc.
        5240 N. 124th St.

        Hope this helps!

I got mine a few weeks ago. I emailed Scott and he shot me one right back. It was back ordered forever, though.

            Forget the TM.
Audiovox Electronic Cruise is the way to go.
I did without cruise for 45000 miles and 48 states.
Now with the Audiovox, I could kick myself for another 48K.
It works great, easy to install. Just plain cool.

              SilverBullet-

I read the postings and felt the crowd favorite is the Audiovox. It makes the most sense.

However, when i looked at the install for the audiovox vs. the install for the Throttlemeister, and i looked at what i wanted (2-30 secs of grip releif) I thought the TM fit my needs best. And i didn't have to cut vacuum lines.

So the TM works for me, but i agree there are other options. Perhaps I'm just a p**ssy.

I guess there are varying definitions of the word "easy."
