I went with the topcase option. Found a Givi rack (4106FZ) from Italy on Ebay and mounting Givi mointing plate (E251) at Revzilla. The mounting plate arrived yesterday and works perfectly with my E460 topcase with backrest. Tisha should be very happy with the set up.
Good deal.
Glad my suggestion worked and you were able to source the racks and case

Hopefully doesn't slow you down to much!
800lbs - 1/4 = 9.40 / 152mph
1000lbs - 1/4 = 10.13 / 141mph ...
Yeah it's not all power-to-weight though. A fun fact is that the centre of gravity is higher up when you are two-up and this means the front wheel lift waaay easier, closely followed by a slap on the side of the helmet!
I did quite a bit of research on top racks and cases recently.
Looks like many of the rack options are unavailable or discontinued. That was searching GIVI, SW MOTECH, Revzlla and Twisted Throttle. Plenty of cases available but no mounts.
10-4. Looks like slim pickings finding a used Corbin with backrest. New costs around $900! That is crazy money! Have you thought about getting a rack with a small top case? Your pillion could use it as a backrest and then use it for storage as well. Cheaper than the Corbin as well.

If I Momma starts riding with me this would be my solution. Plus the storage will sure be needed...
I had a Corbin with backrest on my ZZR1200. I currently have a Sargent and love it, but they do not make a backrest for it. So, going back to a Corbin if I can get a backrest.

Had one on my ZED nd it is hard as a rock and slick as hell for the passenger.
Maybe give Sargent a thought?
Also, I've heard of guys using C-14 seats for two up riding. The C 14 seat is a bit thicker.
Just need to change the seat hardware.
Good luck.
