    dinky,
No, The way I read it, 2 turns out (previously 1.5).

Headlamp: perhaps you have some bare wire rubbing on some part of the bike, eg the forks?

I suffer from kleptomania. When it gets bad, I take something for it.

Sorry, meant to say pilots were turned out from their seats to 2.5 turns out.

Got the carb removeal down to a fine art, just 40mins to take down, adjust and refit air box, tank and plastics.

Yes, good quality copper HT leads...just cut to same length as OE cables.

Still not discovered cause of blowing fuse, so I keep a bunch of spares under the seat. Once blown and replaced, fuse seems to last for a while.

I rode out for a longish ‘Ride To The Wall’ (RTTW) with thousands of UK Veteran bikers a few weeks ago...bike was storming on way back! No cameras or Feds about so let rip, squirting between the traffic. Big grin! ????

Good point, as recently disturbed the wiring...might strip it all back to looksee

I used iridium for thousands of miles. Last longer than stock plugs. No issues.
