    Good news and bad.

    The Good?

Wow. This bike is nothing like any other Kawasaki that I own.
    It's not a ZX10R
    It's not a ZZR6000
    It's not a ZZR1200

Somehow Kawasaki has crafted a machine that fits in a perfect slot where I have nothing. You'd think that there would be overlap, but there is none. This bike is almost perfect, except for I wish there was a gear indicator, the tach could be different, a slipper clutch would be nice, but thats' it. I really really like this bike. Totally different power than a ZX10R. Power in places that none of my other bikes have. It's light, very stable, revs smoothly, sounds great.

    The Bad?

I don't have anymore room in my garage, and since there is no overlap, I need to have one without getting rid of any of the others I have.
    add on to the garage?

          That's O.K

I have my wife believing that 1"= 1 mile

I have neither the time,or the inclination, to explain myself to a man, who rises and sleep under the blanket of the very freedom that I provide, and then questions the manner, in which I provide it. I'd rather you just say 'thank you' and go on your way.

Thats' why Bike Week is so important/fun.
Although this year, no Honda demo rides, no Suzuki at all. Yamaha is out there giving demos as is Spyder.

Kawasaki is the only tent that has seating and a place to relax and take it all in. Kudos to Kawasaki.

That is good to hear, but they need to move Daytona to Kali....

I also have seen that they are contacting C14 riders via the COG site and checking systems on their C14's. Some things have changed directly from Forum discussions. I hope Kawi continues to monitor these sites and listen to the end users.....

Beginning of June, way upstate in NY - Americade. I understand you can do demo rides there. Never been to it. Maybe this year.
"James, is it really necessary to drive quite so fast?"
Bond replies, "more often than you'd think."
