Help with Carb sync tool
I have a Motion Pro Carburetor Synchronizer, it is brand new and old at the same time. It has in been in the box for a few 'years'. It appears complete along with a vile of mercury. It does not however have any instructions on how to install the mercury into it.
So does anyone out there know how the mercury is installed into the bright yellow vacuum tubes. Really the tubes are clear..
I sent an email to Motion Pro and have gotten no response. I do know that they do not sell the carb sync that used mercury anymore.
Any suggestions will be appreciated.Proud Dad of a U.S. Marine and a USAF Airman

Re: Help with Carb sync tool
Or just invest in a Morgan CarbTune II. It is THE best carb synch tool I've ever used. No mercury, just aluminum rods.
I'm sure other Morgan fans will chime in here too.

Re: Help with Carb sync tool
If I was the OP, I would NOT use the Mercury.
I would order a refill kit that contained non-Mercury manometer fluid.
Contact your local waste disposal company or your city sanitation department to locate a local disposal facility for the Mercury.
