I always made the guys come in the house when my girls started dating...

pissed my girls off, but tough shite....

I was very open and to the point....no drugs, no alcohol, don't drive like an asshole...and if you do not treat her like a young lady (keep your dick in your pants)....well, then you have yours truly to deal with!!

I think 13 yrs old is too young without a chaperone......but that's just me...

good luck...it's not easy seeing your daughter leave the house with a young man for the evening.
