Your group code is set up and ready to use.


All guests should go to our website: www.thelodgeatcopperhead.com
Click on Reservations
Click Make a Reservation

Enter dates 09/13/12-09/16/12, the number of people in their party (if sharing cabins/total to share)
Promo Code ZZR


At this point a list of all available accommodations will come up. They will select their choice and proceed through the reservation process. PLEASE have those sharing give us the names of the other person(s) to be in their cabin in the NOTES section of the reservation, as well as any special requests.



Although a credit card is necessary to make the reservation, no deposit will be charged at the time of booking. The group block will expire on May 15, 2012.

Has anyone been there and viewed the cabin/lodge locations?
I could not find a map of their grounds on the website.

Last year W and I made early reservations in a cabin at the other resort, and ended up a mountain far removed from the rest of you bums.
Good ol' room 4 at TWO allowed us to embarrass others rather easily...but being sequestered like last year made it tough.
I prefer not to try another "pig-n-a-poke"

Michell said that that cabin # 23 is the farthest cabin from the Lodge.

It is about 100 yards away and has a paved street to the pivilion.

Cabins 16, 31 and 32 are 25 yards or so away.

Of course, the Lodge Rooms are right next to the Pavillion.


If it is just you and Wanda, I'd recommend getting one of the Queen Suites at the Lodge.
