2012 TWO Rally (Iron Horse Out/Copperhead In)

The iron horse was nice but a bit on the expensive side. I would like to see somewhere closer to suches area, however, Mike you be the man with the plan and I will go along with the masses.

The Copperhead is a little cheaper than the Iron Horse.

It depends on how many people you want to try and squeeze into a cabin/room.

I'm sure the cabins will sleep 4 comfortably maybe more if someone wants to throw an air mattress on the floor somewhere.


They also have "bunkroom" style rooms available:

"Two full beds and six twin beds available

All linens and amenities

Small living area with TV
Covered motorcycle parking

Basically, these are private rooms off a common living room.

I believe there is also a common shower used also.


The place has quite a few more ammenities than Iron Horse.

i.e.- restaurant and bar on grounds, swimming pool,etc...


Should anyone have to run to town for food or liquor or if anyone want to eat in town, Blue Ridge is only eleven "straight" miles away on highway 515.



It isn't too close to Suches but the good part is that 60 south to Suches is only 11 miles away and then we get to hit the good part of 60 all the way there




Hopefully this location will suit everybody's needs this year.

I know it isn't TWO but I guess we'll just have to keep trying until we find a spot that is good for all of us.
